Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made

Full refunds are given with a 48 hour (2 day) notice of cancellation prior to the departure date.
Less than 48 hour notice (including weather-related) will receive a 25% refund OR you can reschedule at no extra charge. No-shows are non-refundable.

Trip protection is available for purchase at booking, allowing cancellation up to 8:30 a.m. on the departure day for a full refund less the trip protection $35.
Trip protection can be purchased up to 48 hours before the rental period begins.
We highly recommend trip protection.

What Time Should I Arrive For My Tour?
We recommend to show up 10 to 15 minutes early for Tour Reservation. Giving your group enough time to use the restroom and fill out paperwork before departure.

Do You Allow Dogs on The Boats?
Well behaved dogs are allowed. There are also dog friendly beaches nearby. Please keep them off seats, & if they need to be on the seat please put a towel down first.
